Though not choppers in any sense of the word I've always liked the futuristic "Light Cycles" from Tron. I played with the rip cord toys as a kid and thought watching these cycles battle on the game grid was one of the greatest parts of movie, other than the disc wars. Road racers of the future? Who knows!
