Bates Introduced Flourescent Leathers - Sept. 1968

I had been curious about the history of Bates fluorescent colors ever since I picked up the Bright Orange Racing Shirt shown below. Apparently there was a Competition Orange (shown below), a Go-Go Green, and a Hot Pink. I've seen the orange color twice on jackets but never the green or pink. I'm also curious if any of these colors ever showed up on solo seats or p-pads?

1940's - 1960's Motorcycle Riding Cap

My brother picked this old MC cap up at swapmeet a couple of weeks ago. I'm not sure of the make but its pretty cool. It was dirty and I cleaned up the bill with some Simple Green and used some bar soap on the fabric part, though it still needs another going over.
